Job summary

Leap is seeking a results-driven product leader to own the data platform, ingestions, and integrations. You’ll structure intake, prioritize across engineering teams, and define milestones, acceptance criteria, and delivery timelines.

You’ll collaborate with Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, Analytics, and Client Success to ensure reliable, scalable data flows that power client success. You’ll work with tooling like BigQuery, Snowflake, Fivetran, Airflow, and dbt, helping set data

Qualifications

• Experience owning technical products or programs involving data platforms, infrastructure, or integrations.
• Experience managing intake and prioritization across multiple teams with competing needs, including resolving disagreements, negotiating scope, and building alignment around what gets done first.
• A track record of taking ambiguous needs through scoping, prioritization, and delivery, including managing dependencies and making difficult trade-offs.
• Strong SQL skills and enough fluency in Python, orchestration tools, and transformation frameworks to investigate issues and challenge technical assumptions.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery or Snowflake, ingestion tools such as Fivetran, and workflows built with Airflow and dbt.

Responsibilities

• Own intake and prioritization across multiple teams; maintain a single prioritized backlog and roadmaps.
• Translate prioritized needs into clear requirements, dependencies, and acceptance criteria; break projects into milestones.
• Define data platform capabilities and ensure delivery aligns with business commitments and reliability targets.
• Coordinate data platform integrations with client and partner workflows; validate end-to-end performance and data quality.
• Partner with Analytics and Security on data provenance, access controls, retention, and third-party data usage.
