Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Technical Data Product Manager to lead the strategy for assigned data product lines within the Enterprise data space.

You will work with engineering, architecture, and stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize features, delivering marketable capabilities across agile teams. Responsibilities include shaping the data roadmap, managing the backlog, driving data governance, and tracking performance metrics to improve data quality and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Technical Data Product Management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience defining strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, and success metrics.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong data analytics with SQL, Python, Spark.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and direction for AC360.
• Establish ownership boundaries between enterprise and domain data products.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and platform teams to evaluate solutions.
• Translate business requirements into actionable capabilities and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing new features, debt, defects, and governance.
• Lead enterprise data governance initiatives with Data Office and stakeholders.
• Drive risk management by identifying upstream impacts on data pipelines and schemas.
• Define and monitor product performance metrics and adoption.
