Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Technical Data Product Manager to drive product strategy for a technical data portfolio within Enterprise. You will align stakeholders, own the backlog, and partner with engineering to deliver data-driven capabilities.

You will lead governance initiatives, define success metrics, and ensure high data quality and performance while operating from an Atlanta, GA location three or more days per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Data Product Management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, acceptance criteria, and success measures.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction for AC360 aligning with data strategy.
• Prioritize and manage product backlog, balance new features with technical debt and governance needs.
• Lead enterprise data governance initiatives with stakeholders to improve data quality and lineage.
• Translate business requirements into actionable product capabilities and measurable outcomes.
• Engage with engineering and platform teams to evaluate solutions and modernization opportunities.
• Establish ownership boundaries between enterprise data and domain-owned data products.
• Monitor product performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
