Job summary

Deloitte Global is seeking a Manager to lead discovery, definition, delivery, governance, and adoption of data products for the Data Platform initiative. The role blends product ownership with business analysis and data discovery expertise to underpin AI-ready data products.

You will own business use cases, partner with stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to shape scalable, trusted data products and translate technical depth into actionable recommendations for business and technology

Qualifications

6+ years in Business Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, Data Analysis, Data Product Management, or a related discipline.
University degree, or equivalent working experience, in Business, Computer Science, or Technology.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of GDP use cases and data products - from intake through implementation, business adoption, and ongoing enhancement
Partner with the Product Manager to intake, triage, and prioritize requests across business domains and the GDP roadmap
Lead cross-functional delivery teams of business stakeholders, data engineers, data modelers, and subject matter experts to deliver against commitments
Coordinate contributors across business and technology teams to drive alignment, accountability, and timely execution
Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and guidance to business analysts and project contributors supporting GDP initiatives
Ensure delivered solutions stay aligned with GDP strategy, enterprise architecture standards, and business priorities
