Job summary

Deloitte Global's Digital, Data, Analytics & Innovation (DDAI) team is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead AI‑enabled products from discovery through implementation and adoption. You will partner with business stakeholders, engineering, and delivery teams to shape valuable, viable, usable, and feasible solutions.

You will apply generative AI, document requirements, write user stories, and ensure governance, reliability, and measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, information systems, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Six to ten years of experience in technical product management, enterprise technology, solution delivery, business analysis, software development, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading products from discovery through implementation and adoption.
• Strong technical fluency across data flows, cloud platforms, and enterprise technology constraints.
• Experience translating customer needs into prioritized requirements, user stories, and measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on experience building lightweight prototypes or automations using Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
• Working knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases for analysis, validation, or proof-of-concept development.
• Experience using generative AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, or workflow automation.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in distributed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery to understand user workflows and business needs, translating insights into product opportunities.
• Co-create and communicate vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog with stakeholders.
• Lead or contribute to proof-of-concept solutions to validate value and feasibility.
• Evaluate solution approaches across value, feasibility, data, security, and cost.
• Gather and document requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
• Bridge product intent and technical execution to ensure clear outcomes for delivery teams.
• Use generative AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and documentation.
• Ensure AI outputs are reliable, explainable, and governed for the intended workflow.
• Guide transition from concept to implementation with adoption and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery and monitor KPIs and user feedback.
