EY's Products and Platforms Practice seeks a Data Engineering Manager to design and deliver AI and analytics solutions for top organizations. You will lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and designers, shaping scalable data architectures and production-grade pipelines.

Traveling may be required to meet client needs, and you will collaborate with stakeholders to align technical work with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience developing scalable data solutions using Python, R and SQL.
• Cloud computing architecture experience.
• Data architecture design and modeling.
• Data integration and data security.
• Software engineering practices and data quality.
• Database management and semantic layer knowledge.
• Building and managing client relationships and communicating impact.
• Commercial acumen, leadership and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure quality across projects.
