Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking an experienced data platform operator to manage workflows, pipelines, access, and configuration for a growing cloud data platform. You will monitor operations, troubleshoot issues, and support testing, releases, and security practices with a small analytics team.

You will coordinate with data engineers and analysts, document procedures, and ensure secure access controls and reliable platform services as the company scales its data capabilities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms and production workflows.
• Strong SQL for validating data and debugging pipeline issues.
• Experience with Airflow, Snowflake, and data tooling.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Airflow workflows, including scheduling, dependencies, monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting.
• Build and support data pipelines and integrations across the data platform (warehouse, transformation layer, code repository, etc).
• Configure and maintain platform environments, integrations, and settings.
• Administer users, roles, permissions, and service accounts; enforce least-privilege access and secure credentials.
• Monitor pipeline freshness, volume, and failures; investigate issues, restore service, and prevent recurrence.
• Support GitHub, CI/CD, testing, and documented release practices for platform changes.
