You will translate strategy into architecture, reusable patterns, and executable team plans, leading ingestion, transformation, storage, and data-serving capabilities across teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and implementation of ingestion, transformation, storage, orchestration, and data-serving capabilities.
- Define reusable patterns for batch, streaming, API, and file-based healthcare data ingestion.
- Establish standards for schemas, data contracts, metadata, lineage, data quality, access control, testing, deployment, and observability.
- Lead design and code reviews and guide engineers through complex technical decisions.
- Break platform initiatives into executable work and coordinate delivery across engineering teams.
- Improve performance, scalability, resiliency, security, and cloud-cost efficiency.
- Create automated deployment, testing, monitoring, alerting, and recovery processes.
- Mentor engineers and reduce reliance on undocumented knowledge or individual contributors.
