Job summary

Beacon Pointe Advisors is seeking an experienced enterprise data-platform leader to own strategy, architecture, governance, and operational maturity of a Snowflake-centered data ecosystem. Reporting to the CTO, this leader will build and grow the data engineering and analytics organization, establishing trusted enterprise data products used across advisory, operations, finance, and technology.

This role combines people leadership with deep Snowflake architecture and data-modeling decisions,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
• 10+ years in data engineering, architecture, or analytics roles.
• Experience leading a data function in a regulated environment.
• Hands-on Snowflake experience with multi-workload architecture and RBAC.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead data engineering and analytics teams, setting goals and priorities.
• Own Snowflake environment, architecture, governance, and cost management.
• Develop and maintain enterprise data models and shared data definitions.
• Drive data integration for acquisitions and historical data migration.
• Partner with business and security teams to ensure data quality and compliance.
