Tire Rack is seeking an experienced Data Engineering leader to guide the enterprise data platform built on Databricks and AWS. You will mentor engineers, shape architecture, and partner with analytics, data science, software development, and IT to deliver secure, scalable data solutions that power business decisions.

The role emphasizes governance, reliability, cost optimization, and continuous improvement, with responsibility for SLAs, incident response, and modernization.

Competenze

8+ years progressive data engineering experience.
3+ years in a leadership role (Supervisor/Manager level).
Deep Databricks knowledge: Spark, Delta Lake, Workflows, Unity Catalog.
Strong AWS data platform design, security, and cost optimization.
Experience modernizing cloud data platforms and governance.

Mansioni
