Job summary

1KOMMA5° is building the data platform that underpins our energy tech stack. As a Data Platform Engineer, you will architect, develop, and maintain scalable data ingestion, transformation, storage, and delivery pipelines to empower analytics and product teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional groups to understand data needs, apply best practices in data governance, and leverage GCP, Python, SQL, Looker, and BI tooling to turn raw data into reliable, decision-ready insights for our mission to

Qualifications

2+ years in a data engineering role.
Strong understanding of data concepts at scale: ingestion, transformation, modeling.
Experience with data governance, catalogs, IAM, and metadata management.
Experience with Python, SQL, and Terraform (HCL).
Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform and data services.
Experience with BI tools and integrating them with modern data setups.
Strong English skills; German is a plus.
