Job summary

LG Ad Solutions is hiring a Software Engineer for the Data & Platform Engineering team. You will design, build, and scale terabyte-scale data pipelines powering our DSP/SSP, ACR systems, and data governance tooling.

You will own data platform components, enforce data quality and compliance, and collaborate with PMs, data scientists, and engineers in the US and India. Remote work is not offered; on-site in NYC or Denver with core hours aligning to MST mornings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of software development experience (Backend/Data Eng preferred).
• Strong fundamentals in data structures & algorithms.
• Solid understanding of OS, networks, and DBMS.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Clear communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple complex data pipelines and platform projects.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy backend services and data pipelines for terabytes of data.
• Build internal tooling to enforce Data Governance, Quality, and Compliance.
• Autonomously define scope and estimates for features of limited complexity.
• Contribute to planning and development of cross-component features.
• Troubleshoot and debug distributed data processing workflows.
• Communicate designs and decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with PMs, data scientists, and engineers in US and India.
