LG Ad Solutions in the United States seeks a Senior Software Engineer II to design, build, and optimize large-scale ad serving, measurement, and targeting systems that generate hundreds of millions in revenue. You will join a data-driven engineering team working across distributed systems and collaborate with Product, Operations, and India teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years building large-scale software systems.
• Proficiency in Scala, Go, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Spark/Databricks, MySQL, Redis/ElastiCache, ReactJS, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Ability to understand, contribute to, and refactor large codebases.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Collaboration with engineering teams in India.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable ad serving and measurement systems.
• Optimize big data applications for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Drive end-to-end ownership of projects from requirement gathering to delivery and maintenance.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers through code reviews and design guidance.
• Champion best engineering practices and promote quality and accountability.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and other engineering teams to align timelines.
• Work on integrations with internal and external platforms.
