Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience building production ETL/ELT pipelines for SQL Server and/or Azure SQL.
• Understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, data quality, and pipeline orchestration.
• Advanced SQL skills including joins, CTEs, window functions, stored procedures, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Python for data processing, automation, and API integration.
• Experience with Git-based development and version control.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform, preferably Azure and/or AWS.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Office products (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, maintain, and improve data pipelines and platforms supporting analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with data analysts, stakeholders, and engineers to translate data requirements into scalable solutions.
• Develop solutions using Power Platform products including PowerApps and Power Automate, Azure SQL, etc.
• Ensure data quality and integrity with validation, verification, and reconciliation processes.
• Optimize database and application performance with indexing, views, and data structures.
• Monitor database security, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
• Maintain documentation such as data dictionaries and models.
• Assist with training and support for end-users on databases and applications.
• Lead by example in CBRE RISE values and standards.
