INEOS was founded in 1998 by Sir Jim Ratcliffe with a single site and has grown into one of the world’s largest privately owned manufacturing groups. We have grown by buying good assets and running them better with small, empowered teams, minimal bureaucracy and a relentless focus on performance.
INEOS Energy is building a global energy business, and our US Onshore team in Denver currently operates approximately 2,000 wells in the Eagle Ford shale play of South Texas. We are a small team with a big mandate: grow the business through disciplined development and acquisitions.
We’re seeking a skilled Data Platform Engineer to own the models that turn raw operational data into decision-ready analytics. We’re a data-driven, AI-enabled energy company, and the quality of our decisions depends directly on the quality of the data layer you’ll build. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and analytics solutions, working directly with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into efficient models using dbt, SQL, Python, and other modern data stack tools. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in data modeling methodologies, data governance, and modern data architecture, with a strong focus on building reliable, production-grade data solutions.
Preferential treatment will be granted to candidates residing in the Denver metropolitan area.
