Operating across the Danish and UK North Sea with offshore oil & gas assets and onshore assets in South Texas, US. The key focus for the US Onshore business is to acquire, explore and develop properties to produce natural gas, oil and NGL from underground reservoirs safely and efficiently. Key operated assets are in the Eagle Ford shale basin in South Texas. With over 2,000 wells producing net 36kBOE per day.

Department: Special Projects
The Process Innovation Lead diagnoses root causes of business challenges and develops technology-enabled solutions that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and long-term business value. You'll analyze operational and business problems using technical investigation, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis—then design and build prototypes that address underlying issues. This is a hands‑on technical role requiring engineering expertise, problem‑solving discipline, and visionary thinking about how technology can improve business processes. You'll personally develop prototypes and proof‑of‑concepts, validate concepts through iterative testing, and collaborate with business owners and IT to ensure solutions address real needs. You'll leverage modern tools—including data platforms (Snowflake), analytics (PowerBI), AI‑assisted development, and automation—to accelerate prototyping and solve complex problems. You'll work directly with business stakeholders to understand their operational challenges and desired outcomes, then hand off validated prototypes to IT for long‑term development and ownership. Success in this role means rapidly moving from problem diagnosis to working prototype, validating through iteration, and transitioning solutions to IT teams who will scale and maintain them.
Work Location: Work is performed at the Denver, Colorado office with occasional interaction with field and office locations across INEOS operations.
Schedule: Standard business hours with flexibility for cross‑functional meetings, prototyping sessions, and stakeholder engagement.
Travel: Occasional travel (0–10%) to INEOS field locations for user research, prototype validation, and stakeholder engagement.

Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good‑faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA) and Equal Pay Transparency Rules. It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado. Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation.
Compensation: The annual rate for this position generally ranges between $165,000 - $190,000 with an opportunity for a company‑wide annual discretionary bonus, of up to 50% of eligible pay. This role, depending on skill level and experience, may also participate in the Long‑Term Incentive Plan with annual awards, vesting over three years, ranging from 8-15% of stated annual target. These ranges are estimates, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs, business performance to metrics, and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.
