Job summary

Ambu in Columbia, MD or Remote is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Analytics & Platforms to lead the data and analytics foundation for North America Commercial Operations. You will shape strategy, governance, and scalable data solutions spanning Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Corporate Accounts.

Partner with Global BI and IT to align with enterprise standards, drive self-service analytics, and enable AI-enabled decision support while advancing Ambu's data strategy and regional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Data Engineering/IS or related field.
• 8+ years in data architecture, data engineering, or platform roles.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams or initiatives.
• Experience designing cloud-based data platforms and enterprise data solutions.
• Strong data integration, ETL, and large-scale data environments.
• Deep knowledge of data architecture, modeling, governance, and security.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the data, analytics, and BI foundation for NA Commercial Ops.
• Lead reporting, dashboards, KPI frameworks, and analytics solutions.
• Establish data governance, standards, and data assets across regions.
• Define scalable data models and align data structures across systems.
• Drive data integrations, automation, and platform enablement.
• Partner with Global BI and Global IT to ensure enterprise alignment.
• Promote adoption of data-driven decision making and AI enablement.
