C2R Ventures’ client, a Boston-based elite Asset Manager, seeks an experienced Data Platform Analyst to join the Data Engineering and Operations team within Technology. The role leverages financial reference data and enterprise data platforms to evolve security master data and portfolio data platforms.

You will translate operational insight into scalable workflow, control, automation, and data quality improvements, and you will work with NeoXam DataHub, portfolio security master data, and

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in investment industry with reference or research data.
• Strong expertise in portfolio/security master data structures and lifecycle events.
• Hands-on experience with NeoXam DataHub and data platform migrations.
• Ability to analyze data with Python/SQL and implement data quality controls.

Responsabilidades

• Develop understanding of reference data flow across internal databases and vendor apps.
• Act as NeoXam DataHub SME: validate data, resolve issues, ensure scalable integration.
• Identify data quality risks and translate findings into workflow, controls, and automation.
• Collaborate with data engineering and business stakeholders to modernize data quality rules.
• Assist onboarding of new datasets and test data processing/storage.
• Explore AI tools to enhance reference data operations and monitoring.
