• Experience with platform upgrades, releases, patches.
• Ability to support enterprise users and troubleshoot issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, and support platforms.
• Manage users, roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Coordinate releases, deployments, upgrades, patches.
• Monitor health, performance, and availability.
