Qualifications

• Seven years of related work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or relevant field; six years' experience in lieu of a degree.
• Advanced expertise in database design, development, testing and maintenance for production-ready systems.
• Advanced expertise in structured systems analysis and design, data gathering, and MIS.
• Experience supervising or managing people and/or projects.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and controls activities through the systems lifecycle.
• Reviews service requests and consultations with sponsors and users to clarify intent.
• Estimates staffing, costs and time for projects; uses PM tools to track progress.
• Reviews major deliverables and ensures required walk-throughs with users.
• Mentors Data Platform Administration professionals and manages resource utilization.
