TeleSolv Consulting, LLC is seeking a Data and Performance Analyst to support Government real estate functions by maintaining an integrated performance management framework that provides leaders with timely, accurate, and actionable insight.

The role drives performance visibility across occupancy, vacancy, utilization, tenant pipelines, onboarding milestones, agreement status, and billing discrepancies, and develops dashboards and management reports to support decision making.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in data analysis, reporting, BI, or program performance.
• Experience integrating information from multiple sources.
• Ability to produce concise, exception-based management reporting.
• Strong analytical discipline and reporting judgment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an integrated performance management framework.
• Track occupancy, vacancy, utilization, space pipeline, tenant onboarding milestones, and agreement status.
• Monitor tenant actions, unresolved issues, customer response and resolution time, rent and revenue forecasts, and billing discrepancies.
• Support data completeness, data accuracy, process development, and risk identification.
• Develop dashboards, performance measures, management reports, data controls, and decision-support products.
• Produce concise, exception-based management reporting highlighting issues.
