Job summary

You will lead roadmaps and performance reporting to enhance data management outcomes. Responsibilities include advising data owners, executing governance and risk programs, and delivering actionable metrics for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in data governance, data management, risk management, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of data governance, operating models, data risk management, metadata management, and regulatory expectations.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes across complex organizations.
• Experience leading strategic initiatives and presenting to executives with clear business outcomes.
• Experience using data tooling to drive governance and reporting, including dashboards and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Advise Data Owners and senior leadership within Technology Sub-LOBs.
• Support data governance, risk management, compliance, and data management through frameworks, tooling, and reporting.
• Lead data management maturity assessments and develop roadmaps to improve capabilities.
• Establish roles, accountability, and engagement models across data owners and partners.
• Deliver metrics, reporting, and insights on progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, Generative AI, and automation for governance and reporting.
• Contribute to evolving GT CDAO tools, processes, and service offerings.
