Job summary

MaxInsights Corporation is seeking a Data Operations Specialist to own cross-functional execution of data-collection initiatives, coordinating engineers, business development, legal and privacy counsel, staffing agencies, customers and other partners.

You will turn broad goals into executable plans, manage timelines, dependencies, and launch criteria, and help scale programs across data operations, third-party vendors, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical program management or cross-functional roles across engineering, operations, or data.
• Technical fluency to understand data flows, system dependencies, and engineering constraints.
• Exceptional communication with engineers, executives, lawyers, customers, staffing agencies, and external partners.
• Strong organization and analytical judgment across multiple fast-moving workstreams.
• Ability to read contracts and identify operational questions/risks with legal counsel.
• Proven ability to create structure from ambiguity and deliver outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Own programs spanning data collection, staffing, technical readiness, legal/privacy review, and customer delivery.
• Turn loosely defined objectives into requirements, owners, timelines, dependencies, and launch criteria.
• Keep internal teams and external partners aligned as requirements evolve.
• Identify gaps, unblock teams, and drive decisions through completion.
• Serve as primary contact for operational partners.
• Communicate targets, schedules, training, onboarding, and performance expectations.
• Evaluate agencies based on cost, responsiveness, reach, compliance, and fit.
• Review proposals, bill rates, staffing plans, and service levels; recommend path forward.
