Job summary

CSL is seeking a Manager of Data Operations in the US to oversee end-to-end onboarding, integration, and operation of commercial data assets. The role focuses on IQVIA claims data, OneKey master data, and SP/program data, partnering with Analytics, CRM, IT, Compliance, and Finance.

You will govern data readiness, master data, and cross vendor activities, ensuring timely, compliant delivery to support commercial, reporting, and regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data ops or data management within healthcare or life sciences.
• Hands on experience with IQVIA data assets or similar healthcare data sources.
• Strong understanding of MDM concepts and HCP/HCO data.
• Proven ability to manage complex vendor dependent onboarding and delivery.
• Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding of external data sources (IQVIA, OneKey, SP data).
• Oversee data intake, onboarding plans, backfills, validation cycles and releases.
• Coordinate migrations and cutovers when introducing new data sources.
• Ensure seamless data integration into warehouses, analytics environments and CRM.
• Act as operational lead for HCP/HCO master data onboarding and maintenance.
• Define data precedence, stewardship rules, and remediation with governance teams.
• Manage vendor expectations, delivery timelines, and contract execution support.
