Job summary

Qnity in the United States seeks a senior leader to own customer data governance, master data management, and commercial reporting across SAP, Salesforce, and related systems. You will define definitions, standards, hierarchy rules, and governance policies to enable AI-ready data and trusted analytics.

You will lead governance forums, drive data quality metrics, align KPIs with business goals, and champion data-driven decision making in a global organization.

Qualifications

• Deep B2B customer and master data governance experience.
• Experience with SAP MDG and Salesforce account models.
• Ability to translate governance needs into actionable reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise strategy for customer definitions and segmentation across systems.
• Maintain alignment of customer profile elements across SAP, Salesforce, and other systems.
• Lead or co-lead governance forums and ensure data quality and governance policies.
