Qualifications

• 3+ years of data experience preferably in data operations.
• 3+ years of experience in Matillion and/or Snowflake.
• Experience in data profiling, data analysis and building Data Quality metrics.
• Expertise in SQL.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for D&A Operations.
• Socialize the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) across the enterprise.
• Implement SOP in iterations as new SLAs are established.
• Manage the on-call rotation accounting for holidays and PTO.
• Create requirements for operational reporting.
