Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors LLC seeks a Senior Associate, Data Operations to lead data governance and operations, partnering with Investment Operations and Compliance. The role requires advanced quantitative ability, strong attention to detail, and leadership to mentor junior staff.

You will own data workflows, manage Addepar-related processes, and oversee private investment data, including Canoe ingestion and valuation reconciliation. A Bachelor's degree and 6+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least six years of relevant work experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Hands-on Addepar experience; Canoe or similar platforms preferred.
• Working knowledge of private investment structures, capital calls, distributions, and valuation practices.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize competing initiatives, manage projects end to end, and work in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison with Addepar for data maintenance and platform governance of the firm's Addepar instance.
• Own and administer security settings and permissioning standards.
• Design and maintain account groupings, saved views, templates, reports, and dashboards.
• Manage population of account and group attributes for new accounts and clients.
• Validate accuracy of client performance and capital flows, and resolve escalated discrepancies.
• Verify data from custodians and other sources is accurate (security, portfolio, transactions, pricing).
• Lead database maintenance, data quality, and data flow automation initiatives.
• Maintain database back-up files and supporting controls.
• Support trading operations within Addepar and related tools.
• Oversee private investment data operations, including Canoe ingestion, capital calls, distributions, and statement processing; valuations, tracking, and reconciliation across custodians.
• Review, update, and improve processes; document and enforce best practices.
