Job summary

The Themesoft Inc Data Migration Technical Program Manager will be based onsite in San Jose, CA, handling a 6-12+ month contract. The role focuses on leading end-to-end data migration programs across legacy and target platforms, defining strategies, governance, cutover approaches, and validation checkpoints.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end data migration programs across legacy and target platforms.
• Define migration strategy, plans, governance, cutover approach, validation checkpoints, and stakeholder reporting.
• Establish data accuracy controls including source-to-target mapping, record count validation, reconciliation, exception tracking, approval workflows, and audit evidence capture.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business, technology, audit, compliance, and data teams to ensure SOX controls are embedded throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with change management, access control, segregation of duties, logging, and documentation requirements.
• Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and executive communication while minimizing business disruption.
