Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience implementing and integrating Cornerstone OnDemand.
• Demonstrated experience with at least 10+ data integration projects (flat‑file and/or API‑based).
• 2+ years of experience implementing SSO using SAML or related authentication technologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients during integration projects.
• Lead discovery sessions to identify integration requirements.
• Design and document integration solutions, including technical blueprints.
