Bluewater Learning Inc. is seeking a Cornerstone Technical Consultant to lead the technical implementation and integration of Cornerstone OnDemand solutions, including data migrations, inbound/outbound file integrations, SSO, web services, and API-based integrations.

You will act as a technical SME across the project lifecycle, designing and documenting integration solutions, guiding data flow, migrations, and ensuring connectivity with HRIS, payroll, and identity management systems.

Qualificações

• 3+ years implementing Cornerstone OnDemand.
• 10+ data integration projects (flat-file and/or API).
• 2+ years SSO using SAML or related tech.
• Data migration, mapping, validation, reconciliation.
• REST and/or SOAP web services experience.
• APIs, JSON, XML, and secure file transfer (SFTP).
• Scripting (VBScript, JavaScript).
• Programming in C#, Java, or PHP preferred.
• HRIS systems knowledge.
• Cornerstone certifications desirable.
• Experience with Cornerstone modules (Learn, Performance, Recruiting).
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted technical advisor during integration projects.
• Lead discovery sessions to identify inbound/outbound integration requirements.
• Analyze client HR data structures; advise on mapping and design.
• Design and document integration solutions with blueprints and data flows.
• Lead data migrations: validation, transformation, reconciliation.
• Build and manage CSV/TXT data feeds and SFTP transfers.
• Design and implement SOAP and REST-based web service integrations.
• Configure SSO using SAML 2.0 or federation tech.
• Troubleshoot integration, authentication, and data issues.
• Partner with consultants to align integrations with system config.
• Create technical docs for integrations and knowledge transfer.
• Provide client education on integration requirements and limits.
• Mentor teammates on tools and best practices.
• Deliver technical training on integration techniques.
• Manage multiple technical projects with plans & timelines.
• Report status and deliverables regularly.
• Stay current on Cornerstone releases and API updates.
• Track time and tasks per organizational standards.
