Recruiting Account Manager at Adaptive Solutions Group

We’re hiring a Data & Marketing Integration Manager to lead and evolve a highly technical, client-facing role that merges architecture, automation, and marketing intelligence. This hands-on leader will oversee all internal and client dashboards, drive platform integration (Google, Meta, Snowflake, etc.), and create smart, automated reporting solutions using SQL, Python, and BI tools like Looker Studio or Tableau. You'll own the tech setup lifecycle for new clients, collaborate cross-functionally, and be the key system architect shaping how data flows across our marketing and analytics ecosystems. Strong ad platform experience, familiarity with lifecycle journey mapping, and self-directed problem-solving are essential. Bonus if you’ve got script-writing chops (JS/CSS) and a passion for optimizing the backend of marketing performance.

This position is 100% remote. Must be able to work 9-5 CT.

Required:

• 5-8 years digital marketing with strong martech experience
• Deep knowledge of paid ad platforms and tracking integrations
• Experience with call tracking and form tracking integration
• SQL and Python for hands-on data automation and integration
• Ability to architect complex martech system integrations and troubleshoot
• Strong analytical, communication, and vendor management skills
• Agency experience preferred
