Junior Achievement-Rocky Mountain seeks a Data Manager to oversee data quality, governance, and analytics across fundraising, programs, and operations. Reporting to the COO, you will ensure accurate data, build dashboards, and support decision-making.

This full-time role requires 2+ years of experience with CRM systems, data governance, and Power BI, Excel, and cloud platforms. You will train staff, monitor data quality, and help drive AI-powered improvements while maintaining privacy.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of data management experience.
• Experience managing CRM/database systems and data governance.
• Experience with program evaluation, impact measurement, and data quality management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuous learning mindset with interest in AI and data analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience with BI and cloud-based data platforms.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the organization's primary administrator for constituent and program data systems.
• Maintain data accuracy across fundraising, programs, operations, and board engagement activities.
• Manage gift and revenue entry, acknowledgments, and related database processes.
• Partner with Finance to reconcile fundraising and financial records.
• Train and support staff on data standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor data quality and implement processes to improve accuracy and adoption.
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and reporting requirements.
• Stay current on reporting requirements and ensure compliance.
• Produce dashboards, reports, and visualizations for staff and stakeholders.
• Support strategic planning and decision-making with actionable insights.
