A Day in the Life

We are seeking an Entry-Level Data Manager to support environmental project needs using platforms like EarthSoft’s EQuIS. Responsibilities include:

• Processing electronic data files into EarthSoft’s EQuIS
• Managing environmental data with custom database tools
• Developing and modifying reports and queries for data quality
• Responding to client data requests
• Automating processes where applicable
• Assisting in budget and proposal development for large projects
• Monitoring and reporting on project progress
• Supporting the design and implementation of environmental information systems
• Maintaining confidentiality and following safety protocols
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives
• Staying current with industry trends

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access
• Knowledge of EQuIS
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to create spreadsheets, manage databases, and produce reports
• Professionalism, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
