Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Industrial Engineering, or Data Analytics.
• Foundational understanding of supply chain planning concepts.
• Familiarity with data analytics and BI tools.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present complex data to support business decisions.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Collaborative across functions and stakeholders.
• Customer-focused mindset with data quality.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to develop templates and reports for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Review SAP Finance file for Demand and supply updates.
• Develop a macro or automated tool to pull SAP demand/supply data.
• Develop and maintain high level summary format for Global Supply review.
• Write and present Standard work to IBP Supply Managers for Finance File data maintenance.
• Connect process to the new Gap report.
• Develop template and automated report to review Attainment and Adherence by factory per Business Unit.
