Job summary

The Toro Company invites applications for the IBP Data Management Intern role in Bloomington, MN. You will help develop a recurrent monthly process to capture forecast and production updates, and build an automated tool to support the Integrated Supply Chain team’s planning and scenario analysis.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, reporting templates, and collaboration with supply chain finance to deliver actionable insights. This internship includes competitive pay and summer perks.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics.
• Foundational understanding of supply chain planning concepts.
• Familiarity with data analytics, BI tools, and data management principles.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present complex data for business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Review SAP Finance file for Demand and supply updates.
• Develop a macro or automated tool to pull SAP data.
• Create high-level summary formats for Global Supply review.
• Document standard work for data maintenance by IBP Managers.
• Connect processes to the Gap report.
• Develop templates and automated reports for Attainment and Adherence by factory.
