Job summary

Qualifications

• One or more years of office supporting experience.
• Two- or four-year degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent computer skills and data management experience a priority.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; GIS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage client database program(s) including receiving downloads of data from field personnel, transferring data in various computer programs, generating and closing work requests.
• Create and maintain all circuit files and run statistical reports for management.
• Facilitate timely and accurate reports and coordinate circuit field work scheduling.
• Production of maps, manifests, and various reports for planner contractors.
• Analysis of the database for quality assurance and data integrity; provide technical support.
