Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC (SSE) is seeking a Data Management Specialist (Mid-Level) to support the 647 Civil Engineering Squadron at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. The role focuses on maintaining, validating, organizing, and analyzing Civil Engineering data to support asset management and facility planning.

You will collaborate with engineers, planners, project managers, and other personnel to collect data, produce reports, and improve data-management processes, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a US-accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of data management experience.
• Experience maintaining, validating, and reporting data.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to obtain CAC and Tier 1 background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Civil Engineering data and databases.
• Validate and reconcile data across systems.
• Perform data entry, analysis, QA, and QC.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Develop reports, spreadsheets, tables, data products.
• Support data calls and recurring reporting.
• Coordinate with engineers, planners, PMs to collect data.
• Improve data-management processes and documentation.
• Maintain organized records per requirements.
