Job summary

Power3 in Linthicum Heights, MD is seeking a Software Engineer (Data Management) to design and sustain analytics platforms using Pig and PySpark. The role requires TS/SCI with a polygraph and a strong background in data analytics, software development, and data ingestion processes.

You will work on automation and data flow across the life cycle of projects, collaborate with teammates, and ensure reliable, accurate data delivery to end users.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years experience as a SWE on similar scope/programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline; 4 additional SWE years may substitute for degree.
• Proficiency in Pig and PySpark.
• TS/SCI with a polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and run Pig and PySpark analytics; review data ingest tickets and merge requests with the team.
• Deliver reliable, accurate data to end users and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, including data ingestion checks.
