• Ability to work with multiple data systems and prepare accurate performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, validate, and interpret data from multiple electronic platforms.
• Prepare monthly performance reports, quality metrics, and federal reporting documentation.
• Identify data gaps, discrepancies, and opportunities for quality improvement.
• Support program evaluation, research, and data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor performance measures and assist with quality improvement projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, funded agencies, and vendors on data management and reporting.
• Support annual site visits, program operations, and data-related training.
