Qualifications

• 10–15 years in data engineering, modeling and architecture with Azure focus.
• Strong leadership of data engineers and architects.
• Experience with marketing data concepts and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Marketing Data platform, Integration, Reporting, and Architecture initiatives from intake through production deployment.
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, define scope, validate priorities, and translate objectives into delivery plans.
• Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and decisions across cross-functional teams.
• Maintain delivery artifacts including project plans, RAID logs, and release plans.
• Drive sprint planning, backlogs, reviews, and issue-resolution discussions.
• Ensure scalable, secure, well-documented solutions aligned with data governance.
• Provide technical leadership across cloud data platforms, data modeling, pipelines, and downstream reporting.
