You will serve as the voice of the customer, translating the product manager’s strategy into actionable features, stories and tasks to drive rapid delivery. You will refine and prioritize the backlog, collaborate with development teams to ensure shared understanding, and shepherd acceptance of completed user stories while facilitating sprint planning and reviews for data management

Responsibilities

• Translate product manager’s strategy into actionable features, stories and tasks
• Ensure alignment between product goals and business objectives
• Continuously refine and prioritize the backlog, reflecting latest priorities and insights
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure shared understanding of backlog items and enable efficient delivery
• Accept completed user stories to confirm they meet acceptance criteria
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews
• Validate assumptions and business problems
• Define clear requirements
• Communicate the voice of the customer to the development team
• Communicate progress to key stakeholders throughout the sprint and release
• Draft and send stakeholder communications
