Job summary

Google seeks a Program Manager, Contract Governance and Execution, to lead governance and operationalization of long-term supply chain commitments across a global supplier ecosystem. You will work with Sourcing, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to mitigate risk and secure capacity from raw materials to finished systems.

You will translate strategy into structured execution roadmaps, manage portfolio commitments, and build scalable governance frameworks for proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in contract lifecycle management (CLM), contract governance, or managing commercial supply agreements.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the end-to-end governance framework for long-term supply agreements.
• Act as a gatekeeper for automated agreement ingestion and verify data accuracy.
• Coordinate legal workflows and manage escalations to unblock bottlenecks.
• Drive supply chain visibility to identify bottlenecks and model risk.
• Synthesize complex data into executive dashboards and briefing decks for approvals.
