Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead sustainability data projects in the US. You will translate business needs into actionable roadmaps, manage data pipelines, and drive agile delivery from concept to launch.

You will analyze carbon and water metrics and build dashboards to empower stakeholders with insights. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential, with strong emphasis on data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field; equivalent practical experience.
2 years of program management experience.
Experience analyzing datasets (SQL queries) and designing dashboards for KPIs.
Experience with sustainability, environmental science, carbon or energy accounting data.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements and sustainability pain points into clear technical roadmaps and backlogs.
Manage the full lifecycle of technical solutions, data pipelines, and dashboards from concept to launch with agile rituals.
Conduct data analysis on core domains and build dashboards to track KPIs and trends.
Serve as the day-to-day technical owner for live solutions, monitor health metrics, and drive improvements.
Identify opportunities to enhance solutions through automation, data ingestion, and AI/ML tools.
