Job summary

Torch Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Configuration Management Senior to establish and implement CM policies for Air Force HR systems.

The role focuses on CM governance, lifecycle integrity, and change control across MilPDS modernization efforts, using Jira, Confluence, and other CM tools. The ideal candidate has extensive CM experience within DoD environments, strong documentation and audit skills, and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams to maintain baselines, records, and delivery

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of CM within RMF and DoD regulations and policies.
• Experience maintaining CM for software/hardware/documentation and ensuring baseline integrity.
• Ability to participate in CM governance boards (CCB, FRB, RRB) and prepare CM plans.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain configuration baselines, identify items, control changes, and audit CM data.
• Support CM tool suites (Git, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, AWS/Azure tools) and prepare release notes.
• Participate in audits (PCAs/FCAs) and provide CM reports and status accounting.
• Coordinate with program management, systems engineers, and design teams to ensure traceability.
