Job summary

Trident Consulting is seeking a Project Analyst for a client engagement in Pomona, CA. This hybrid onsite/remote role focuses on scoping, planning, data management, and program support for distribution and transmission inspections.

The position involves coordinating stakeholders, managing schedules, and delivering dashboards and reports to track performance and risk. Contract through 12 months with W2 hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Data management, including data structure and controls design.
• Time management to meet due dates and inspection milestones.
• Ability to engage multiple SMEs and secure stakeholder buy-in across teams.
• Project tracking from issue ID to resolution on inspections.
• Data visualization, dashboards and reporting for performance insights.

Responsibilities

• Support scoping and planning for inspection programs across distribution and transmission.
• Manage schedules for data collection, contractor deliverables, QA, risk, and final reports.
• Lead meetings across all phases of the inspection process.
• Develop and distribute progress reports on inspection activities and risks.
• Coordinate communications among contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee the inspection program's financial planning and execution.
• Create scope packages/work orders with guidelines and checks.
• Map access issues using spatial tools and coordinate with vendors.
