Job summary

BlackRock, Inc. is seeking a Data Management professional to ensure integrity of asset data and support investment accounting for BlackRock Solutions. You will process securities and trade data, manage daily transactions, and drive efficiency across ETL and data workflows.

Ideal candidates have a BS in finance/ accounting or IT/economics, strong Excel/SQL/Unix, and familiarity with fixed income and derivatives. The role offers a hybrid work model in Wilmington, DE with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or Economics
• Mortgage or NAIC knowledge
• 1 year related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Timely review and setup of securities within the accounting system to facilitate processing of investment transactions
• Processing daily investment transactions from external investment managers
• Supervise all automated jobs and resolve exceptions or failures
• Timely and accurate responses to daily data inquiries
• Evaluate systems and make improvement recommendations
• Participate in efficiency and automation initiatives
• Record metrics to show team productivity and efficiency
• Demonstrate self-improvement and understand data impact on upstream/downstream
• Transform dynamic data formats to standard
