Job summary

Blue Owl Insurance Solutions is seeking a Data Integrity Group Associate to support governance and accuracy of investment data across portfolio analytics, compliance, and client service functions in Chicago.

The role requires a detail-oriented, fast-paced self-starter who can manage multiple priorities, with experience in BlackRock Aladdin, data governance, SQL, and Excel. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, MIS, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-10 years of experience in financial services, asset management, or related industry.
• Experience with data governance and investment data management.
• Hands-on experience with BlackRock Aladdin and data integrity processes.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee Security Master data within Aladdin, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Perform daily quality control reviews to support portfolio analytics, reporting, and compliance processes.
• Research and resolve complex investment data, reporting, and system-related issues.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Support client service efforts and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Conduct daily, monthly, and quarterly audits, reconciliations, and compliance reporting.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation.
• Participate in process improvement, automation, and technology enhancement initiatives.
