Genesis10 is currently seeking a Data Management Analyst with our client in the financial Industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 6+ month contract position.Responsibilities:
- Support the execution and governance of CIB's Data Management Program
- Document data artifacts including Data Dictionaries (business/technical metadata) and Data Quality Checks using enterprise templates
- Analyze and document data lineage, accuracy, movement, and control structures
- Conduct complex evaluations to identify and remediate gaps in data quality and integrity
- Link data quality checks to appropriate controls, with knowledge of RCSA frameworks
- Partner with data suppliers, consumers, and product owners across business lines to ensure alignment with policy requirements
- Represent the CIB Data Management team in enterprise forums and contribute to data governance strategy
- Execute BSA/AML data management responsibilities, particularly around Sanctions Screening and watchlist matching
- Track and remediate data defects, ensuring documentation reflects appropriate data controls
- Contribute to documentation and execution of new use cases within the BSA/AML domain
- Understand database structures and schema from a metadata and documentation perspective (no coding required)
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of direct Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel - including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data formatting
- Experience supporting large-scale migration or centralization initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make informed decisions regarding entitlement approvals
- Experience with database tools such as SAS, Tableau, or similar
- Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to explain access decisions to stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Pay Range: $ 44 - 54
