Job summary

Innova Solutions in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Data Management Analyst for a 13-month contract. This hybrid role requires 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, with a pay rate of $50.00–$55.00 per hour.

You will review and redact confidential information, verify redactions, and maintain audit trails while ensuring governance and compliance across data handling processes. Strong Excel and MS 365 skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing, identifying, and redacting confidential information in corporate, legal, compliance, risk, or regulatory environments.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with complex formulas, data matching, reconciliation, and large dataset analysis.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Hands-on experience with PDF redaction tools and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Experience maintaining audit trails, documentation, evidence logs, and remediation records.
• Knowledge of data governance, information security, risk management, and compliance standards.
• Strong data analytical skills and file management capability.

Responsibilities

• Escalate complex issues, anomalies, and control concerns to appropriate stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business, technology, cybersecurity, legal, compliance, and risk teams to clarify redaction requirements and acceptance standards.
• Support continuous process improvement, standardization, and operational efficiency initiatives.

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for Data Management Analyst. Position type: Full Time - Contract Duration: 13 Months Location: Charlotte North Carolina 28202 (3 days onsite/2 Days Remote)

Responsibilities

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range*: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
