Job summary

StepStone Group is seeking a Data Analytics & Technology Solutions leader to oversee data management workflows across private markets. You will design end-to-end data processes, drive automation and AI-enabled solutions, and partner with engineering, analytics, and product teams to scale operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5 to 8+ years in data management, investment operations, or similar.
• Experience designing data workflows at scale with automation gains.
• Direct people management including offshore/vendor delivery.
• Hands-on use of AI in operational data problems.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end data management workflows from intake to release.
• Establishes data quality framework, SLAs, and automation checks.
• Leads AI and automation across data processes, including mapping.
• Assesses workflows and delivers redesigned processes with controls.
• Governs data mapping to enterprise data model and taxonomies.
• Manages onshore/offshore/vendor resources and capacity planning.
• Partners with engineering/analytics to translate pain into capabilities.
• Escalation point for data quality issues; drives root-cause resolution.
• Defines and reports KPIs across volume, cycle time, quality, cost.
